UN Torture Committee Raises UK Concerns

NEWS FROM THE CELTIC LEAGUE

The United Nations Committee Against Torture has released a report today which sets out a range of criticisms relating to the United Kingdom and its dependencies.

The Celtic League which has raised a number of issues relating to matters which are subject to condemnation in the report will be raising aspects of these with authorities in England & Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man in due course.

The report is not all negative and it sets out a range of positive developments that have occurred in the jurisdictions since the last reporting session
