Dear Mrs Williams,
Ref: Human Rights Act
Bearing in mind that the Isle of Man Human Rights Act came into force in November 2006 can we ask when the Isle of Man government intends to take steps to facilitate `National Institutions' to monitor the effectiveness of the legislation in line with the so-called `Paris Principles' of the United Nations.
Yours Sincerely,
J B Moffatt (Mr) Director of Information Celtic League»
