The principle of sustained economic growth is underpinned by one truth: a handful of people will continue to get wealthier. For the rest of us, we have to sit in overdeveloped? He also describes advocates of the ?growth? strategy as: ?the prophets of the Church of Continuous Economic Growth, however, who will sell anything for a short-term gain in the hands of a few.?
