Bro Gozh va Zadoù sung at the Regional Council of Brittany by the regional councillors

On the occasion of of the visit of the Welsh First Minister, Mr Carwyn Jones on Friday, June 24th, the regional councillors of the Brittany Region sang the Bro Gozh va Zadoù, the Breton national Anthem

Received during the plenary session of the Regional Council, after he had invited president Jean-Yves Le Drian in Wales a few months ago, Mr Jones called for « closer ties and joint projects between our two nations, Wales and Brittany ».

President Le Drian struck up the Bro Gozh, at the request of Herri Gourmelen, UDB regional councillor.

(1) Brittany and Cornwall have adapted the Welsh Hymn « [[[Hen Wlad fy Nhadau]]] » as their own national Anthem.
