A young activist of the reunification, 16 year-old, who had slopped Pays de Loire panels in Le Mans (Sarthe) on Tuesday, April 6th, was arrested in flagrante delicto and released at about 10:30 pm. The activist, originating from Loire-Atlantique, declared to have been a victim of verbal insults during the 3 hours of his police custody. The affair was passed on to public prosecutor of Nantes. A criminal procedure was instituted by the city of Le Mans (1).
(1) Le Mans is the prefecture of the Sarthe department, one of the five which belong to the Pays de la Loire region, which are Loire Atlantique (Nantes), Maine-et-Loire (Angers), Mayenne (Laval) and Vendée (La Roche-sur-Yon). This administrative Region is contested as artificial by the Breton people who want the Loire-Atlantique back to Brittany administrative Region.
