Entitled «An assessment of aquatic radiation pathways in Ireland, 2008» it is a comprehensive habits survey and dose assessment and also includes recommendations for changes in the future to RPII monitoring programmes on the north east coast of Ireland and in the sea area offshore.

Illustrations included show the coastal survey area covered from Omeath (on Carlingford Lough) down to Clogherhead. Fish samples were drawn from fishing grounds in the north Irish Sea to the west and east of the Isle of Man. (see Fig 3 in the report).

Of particular interest are the recommendations for RPII monitoring going forward (see pages 41-42 of the report
